‘He’s a Monster’: Auntie uses a spray can to discipline ‘Rainbow Kid”s spoiled nephew, igniting drama

One day my sister and nephew came to visit the author. The conflict erupted after a six-year-old boy started buying sugar-free cookies his aunt made for her diabetic husband. But the boy did not accept the negative answer, and until she recognized him, the writer had no choice but to punish him in the same way as she punished her cat. Tip: a spray bottle.
The aerosol can is a similar training method used to train puppies and kittens. While using it to discipline a child can be a controversial tool that is sure to stir up opposing opinions, two Texas moms have come up with similar ideas on smooth discipline.
The invention, called “Saucy Spray”, came to light when Candace’s mom Romo realized she needed “something less hard than a spanking, but more demanding than a timeout.”
Spraying helps kids be consistent, moms say. The spray is a mixture of apples, vinegar and vegetables. But some parents aren’t thrilled with the idea. Some say that while it means something like the modern “soap in the mouth” disciplinary tool, anything that humiliates a child is potentially harmful and not recommended.

NTA. Of course, a child is not an animal. Animals are usually smarter. And it’s not even OP’s baby, so she doesn’t have to come up with proper parenting methods for him. If they fail, his parents are responsible for teaching their children how to behave and face the music.
Better learning curve than he likes cookies – he tried one and threw it away with a “nasty” answer, but asked for it twice.
How do you know? We get part of the story from an aunt who apparently has no children and a small sample of someone’s life.
If you’re not familiar, that’s why the AITA subreddit exists. People give some background/backstory and then ask the community if their behavior is reasonable in a particular situation. The aunt begins by explaining why the child is so dear to his mother; some readers may consider this a mitigating circumstance, and therefore less harsh on the Sister. We also know that she was the victim of her nephew’s tantrums and rude behavior for six years. enough. *especially* in her own house. *especially* about her own possessions. On a whim, the aunt grabs a spray bottle because it is convenient and effective in preventing misbehavior at the counter. I give her credit for questioning her actions and speaking out about her judgments.
Reading these posts, I remember how parents hurt their children. Children adapt and behave the way they know and can meet their needs and desires. If they do not begin to change these teachings, the children will be hated and spoiled. The atomizer is suitable for all kinds of creatures. My dad used my friend from high school when he was watching a movie. Just tell her to shut up.
